Below you will find a listing of all the Regulations and Policies, both existing and new, for Lacquered. Increased precautions have been taken to make sure all clients ,and Astoria, are protected and respected! This is including , but not restricted to the following:
Hand sanitization and/or covering before treatments
Use of Sanitized and Single use implements ( like nail files, buffers, wax sticks)
Use of Face coverings during treatments
Use of Detailed Consultation forms
A newly implemented hand sanitation station next to the entrance way
Increased time between clients , to allow for full surface sanitization
Restricted use of the Lacquered Lobby area
Moving to “No Touch” Bank Transfer Payments when ever possible
Late Arrival: if you arrive more than 10 minutes later than your scheduled appointment The appointment will be cancelled or rescheduled and 100% of the scheduled appointment will be due.
Cancellation: Any appointment that is cancelled less than 24 hours prior to the appointment will be considered a late cancellation and will be subject to 100% charge of scheduled services.
No Show: If you do not show up to your appointment at all you will be subject to 100% charge of the scheduled services.
Should one , or all of the above time infractions, occur 3 times Lacquered Lounge reserves the right to deny bookings.
Lacquered Lounge reserves the right to refuse service based on clients Nail or skin condition, ie evident or suspected infection, and based on vulgar behavior or language.
Please note that at this time no Lacquered on Location services are permitted and the Lacquered online shop will still be available 24/7 for those who would like to purchase service kits or green beauty products.
